Chairman of the Civilian Complaint Review Board Richard Emery was part of the group who are recommending that Daniel Pantaleo face charges of dismissal for his legitimate actions in 2014.

One police officer in New York is facing a number of criminal lawsuits and the end of his career simply because an arrest incident that he was involved in occurred during the Obama-era push for racial war. The officer is still facing serious penalties with no end in sight, and he was recently told that he’s been recommended for full dismissal or suspension. All because he did his job.

Three years ago, officer Daniel Pantaleo executed an arrest warrant for a habitual criminal. The man was severely overweight at nearly 400-pounds, and suffered from breathing problems. When Eric Garner was subdued by Pantaleo using a certified neck hold technique, all those years of poor health finally caught up to him. Garner suffered cardiac arrest on the way to the hospital where he later died.

None of these events, which were witnessed by other officers, would be newsworthy if not for one small element. Garner was black and Pantaleo is white. In a time when the leftist media and Obama controlled …
