OK, this is pretty creepy. A former employee of the retail chain Forever 21 is suing the company for invasion of privacy. Why? Because she thought she was “alone” when using the workplace bathroom, but apparently Forever 21 had hidden cameras installed in the bathroom to monitor employee activity.

Now, the woman’s video has shown up on multiple pornographic websites, according to excerpts from official court documents.

The employee who does not (understandably) want to be publicly identified filed a complaint Wednesday against Forever 21 in a New York federal court. The victim claimed that a hidden camera was placed by the company in a women’s restroom in the Providence Place Mall Forever 21 store in Providence, Rhode Island.

The victim lives in New  York, thus the federal court filing there, but at the time she worked in the Providence store during several months in 2011 while a student at nearby Providence College.

Somehow, she became aware of the footage about a year ago, last December as it surfaced on porn sites. She is claiming extreme emotional distress, pain and suffering …
