The Academy of the Holy Cross, an all-girls Catholic High School in Kensington, Maryland, fired a staff member after his ties to the Alt-Right were discovered. The school’s president, Kathleen Ryan Preeble sent a letter to the parents afterword stating, “Someone sent me documents from the Atlanta Antifascist(Antifa) that showed Greg Ritter was Greg Conte and connected the dots to his work with Richard Spencer. We Immediately started to work on this and within 48 hours contacted Mr. Conte directly and he confirmed it and then we terminated him.”
The left-wing activist group Antifa often works to destroy the lives of those who do not adhere to their political beliefs.
The anonymous tip from Antifa led the school to fire Conte solely for his personal political beliefs stating in a letter to the parents of enrolled students, “As for his potential impact on our girls, I conducted an investigation at the time of his firing and determined there is no reason to think that he negatively influenced any of our girls with his philosophy.
