Eric Swalwell laments it’s ‘so stupid’ for parents to control their kids’ education

(FOX) Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., took to Twitter Wednesday lamenting how "stupid" it is for parents to be in charge of their kids’ education.
Swalwell was responding to a quote from Sen. Tim Scott, R-S.C., who said, "we are putting parents back in charge of their kids’ education."
