It is meant as a tool for readers to have a better understanding of the situation we are facing. The more who are aware, the better odds we have to changing this situation. Example: In George Orwell’s novel 1984, an unperson is someone who has been expunged by the state, someone of whom all trace has been erased.
After everything I have been through over the last 5 years, it’s hard not to see an obvious targeted attack by the state and Big Tech on my person. I am not alone, there are many of us out there who have endured the same type of attacks over the years. If I were alone, perhaps this reality would feel much worse. Knowing there is an army of others somehow provides comfort, but it does not take away the terrible sting of knowing what my experience means to society at large.
