(Dixie Drudge) Houston state Rep. Jarvis Johnson is once again trying to abolish Confederate Heroes Day.

Confederate Heroes Day is a Texas holiday that was established in 1973 to be celebrated annually on January 19th, Robert E. Lee’s Birthday. As with all things Southern, Confederate, traditional, or even Caucasian, Libtards are sworn to its destruction.

Apparently, to people who are so weak as to be offended by ghosts in history a holiday is just as oppressive as inanimate bronze statues. Maybe he should just sequester himself to a safe space for 24 hours until it’s okay to come out. But thanks to leaders like Johnson, it’s never safe outside in Houston anymore.
