(Patriot Journal) Democrat Stacey Abrams has failed multiple times in her bid to land the top leader spot in Georgia. But she has often blamed “voter suppression” on her losses.
However, a federal court recently found that this argument holds no water — and as a result, Abrams’ legal team has to pay up.
Stacey Abrams started the Fair Fight Action group, which went to court claiming that voter suppression contributed to her losses on the campaign trail. It’s a claim she hasn’t backed away from in recent months.
Specifically, the Fair Fight Action team went after certain voting laws, which they claimed unfairly hurt Abrams’ chances.
