U.S. Buying $290M Worth of Anti-Radiation Drugs for Use in ‘Nuclear Emergency’

(Information Liberation) The Biden regime is buying up $290 million in anti-radiation drugs for use in "nuclear emergencies" amid escalating tensions with Russia and heightened threats of a nuclear war.

HHS purchases drug for use in radiological and nuclear emergencies

As part of long-standing, ongoing efforts to be better prepared to save lives following radiological and nuclear emergencies, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is purchasing a supply of the drug Nplate from Amgen USA Inc; Nplate is approved to treat blood cell injuries that accompany acute radiation syndrome in adult and pediatric patients (ARS).

Amgen, based in Thousands Oaks, California, developed Nplate for ARS with support from the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), part of the HHS Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR), as well as the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, part of the National Institutes of Health…

People Saw Red When Looking at the Washington Monument

(Trending Politics) The United States Park Police revealed on Wednesday that they made an arrest in the vandalizing of the Washington Monument, which is located in our nation’s capital. This, ladies and gentlemen, is why we can’t have nice things. People have become savages in this day and age, thanks in large part to the insanity young people are being indoctrinated with, in both public schools and universities.
According to a report from Just the News, a vandal decided to take a bunch of red paint and splash it all over the 555-foot obelisk monument, taking said paint and crafting what’s being called an “anti-government” message with it. The monument was then shut down temporarily. Given that this was destruction of public property, it wouldn’t surprise me to learn that the individual who committed this crime was a raging leftist who hates everything the Washington Monument represents concerning our nation.
Officials identified the suspect as Shaun Ray Deaton, 44, originally from the city of Bloomington, Indiana. This guy was clearly old enough to know better. You don’t need to destroy property in order to make a political point. We have the Internet…Read the rest

Civil Rights Groups Silent as DC Blocks 40% of Black Kids From Going to School

(Daily Signal) In the nation’s capital, almost half of the city’s black students ages 12 and over won’t be going back to school this fall. As a result, their already precarious educational situation is primed to suffer even more.
Yet notable civil rights organizations are silent as 40% of the District of Columbia’s black students who are 12 or older are barred from returning to school in person due to the city’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
The Daily Signal sought comment from the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, and the Rainbow PUSH Coalition on the impact that the D.C. vaccine mandate for students would have for black children.
The Daily Signal also sought comment from Ibram X. Kendi, director of the Center for Antiracist Research at Boston University and author of the book “How to Be an Antiracist.”
None of the three organizations responded, nor did Kendi. They also have not released statements on the District’s vaccine mandate. … Read the rest
