Air Force Academy promotes fellowship that bans ‘cisgender’ men: ‘This program isn’t for you’
Eligible applicants must be cisgender women, transgender women, non-binary, agender, bigender, two-spirit, demigender, genderfluid or genderqueer

(FOX) The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) in Colorado is encouraging cadets to apply for a fellowship program for "gender minorities" that specifies "cisgender" men need not apply.
The academy sent an email on Sept. 14 informing cadets that the 2023 application for the Brooke Owens Fellowship for "undergraduate women and gender minorities interested in aerospace" is due by Oct. 10.
The application on the fellowship’s website says, "If you are a cisgender man, this program isn’t for you."

"If you are a cisgender woman, a transgender woman, non-binary, agender, bigender, two-spirit, demigender, genderfluid, genderqueer, or another form of gender minority, this program is for you," the application states. "If you are a cisgender man, this program isn’t for you… but we encourage you to check out our spinoff programs, the Patti Grace Smith Fellowship and the Matthew Isakowitz Fellowship Program."…

Martha’s Vineyard Claims It Doesn’t Have Room for Immigrants, but Airbnb and Hotels.com Say Differently

(PJ Media) No room at the inn? Residents of Martha’s Vineyard, a haven for wealthy Democrats, liberals, and Blue Anons, had their chance to put their money where their virtue-signaling lawn signs are and embrace 50 illegal immigrants, hilariously flown in by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis. Instead, they relied on the military to have them “deported” to a Massachusetts National Guard Base on Cape Cod, another vacation destination for the well-to-do, though not as luxurious as Martha’s Vineyard, where Barack Obama owns a massive $12 million mansion.
Martha’s Vineyard took roughly 44 hours to exile the immigrants to the mainland. Residents claimed they didn’t have room for the 50 travelers. Let’s check Hotels.com and Airbnb for the reality.
Airbnb tells us that there are currently 66 homes open as of the publication of this article. Each immigrant could relax in style after his or her long journey from the socialist toilet that is Venezuela, in his or her own stunning house, some with “a modern touch & traditional feel overlooking Vineyard Haven Harbor” or an “easy walk to the fun in Oak Bluffs.”…

‘Poison of Bigotry’: Lawsuit Claims Texas A&M Discriminates Against White, Asian Men

(Daily Signal) A lawsuit filed Saturday alleges that Texas A&M University’s hiring practices discriminate against white and Asian men applying for faculty positions.
Richard Lowery, an associate professor of finance at the University of Texas at Austin, filed a complaint in federal court in Houston, saying the policies at Texas A&M prevented him from being hired at the university. Lowery alleges that the university uses “racial preferences” to determine its hires for faculty positions, favoring “underrepresented minorities” over white and Asian men.
“These discriminatory, illegal and anti-meritocratic practices have been egged on by woke ideologues who populate the so-called diversity, equity and inclusion offices at public and private universities throughout the United States,” the lawsuit stated.
Texas A&M, which receives federal funding, allegedly designates funds specifically for salaries of “underrepresented minority groups,” the lawsuit stated. Faculty positions within the school also allegedly have been deemed only for those part of “underrepresented minority groups.”…Read the rest

Since When Does Freedom From Discrimination Require Destroying Religious Freedom?

(Daily Signal) An op-ed Wednesday in The Washington Post laid out how the left is attempting to dismantle what Congress once unanimously recognized as “undergird[ing] the very origin and existence of the United States”: religious freedom.
Specifically, Louise Melling, deputy legal director of the American Civil Liberties Union, argues in the op-ed that the constitutional right to exercise religious faith always must yield to the civil right against discrimination.
Ironically, the ACLU was part of the Coalition for the Free Exercise of Religion, which helped develop and promote the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, or RFRA, signed into law by President Bill Clinton in 1994.
Recognizing that religious freedom is important, the Religious Freedom Restoration Act allows the federal government to burden the exercise of religion only if it is a “narrowly tailored” means for achieving a “compelling” government purpose. About half the states have a similar law…Read the rest
