(FOX) The Republican National Committee (RNC) has launched 73 lawsuits on election integrity issues in 20 states during the 2022 midterm election cycle, an increase from 2020 that has already secured GOP victories in battleground states this year.
The scope of the legal challenges stretches from the rights of poll watchers to observe the counting of votes to the illegal counting of mismarked absentee ballots.
This aggressive legal approach is an effort to meet RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel’s vision of making this cycle the RNC’s "most litigious," according to an RNC spokesperson. The strategy includes offense-minded lawsuits, such as suing Democratic secretaries of state and challenging Democrat-friendly election laws, and defensive actions that include intervening in lawsuits brought by the Biden administration in Republican states.Read the rest

Threat to Democracy – Really?

(AMAC) Leading Democrats are becoming cartoon characters, repeating absurd anti-Republican rhetoric, as if nonsense makes sense. Calling Republicans “enemies of the state,” a “threat to democracy,” “extremist,” pushing the trope that “democracy is at stake” is not just shrill or desperate. Parties that intentionally delegitimize free speech, seeking to silence their critics, are the real threat to democracy.
Unpacking reality, free speech cannot be suppressed in representative democracy that expects to survive. It is the corrective mechanism – constitutionally baked into our republic – that allows truth to emerge from the competition of ideas and assures fear does not replace open offensive discussion.
When free speech, including non-violent protest, social media, media, basic school board and town meeting, and neighborhood talk, is chilled or clipped by physical, educational, employment, or practical fear, the corrective mechanism required to keep us one, is dulled, chilled, eventually nullified, silenced, unable to work…Read the rest

RNC Says Google Spiked Over 22 MILLION of Its Emails in September Alone

(Robert Spencer, PJ Media) It’s not really a secret anymore that the Left doesn’t believe in a level playing field, and that the woke vanguard is censorious, fascist, and unwilling to allow for the fair and open enunciation of opposing points of view. That’s why so many conservatives, including Donald Trump himself, have been banned from Twitter and Facebook, and that’s why Parler, Gettr, Gab and Truth Social exist at all: to give a voice to those who have been denied a platform for having views that don’t correspond to those of the political and media elites. But the censorship is even more far-reaching than that: on Monday, Fox News reported that “the Republican National Committee [RNC] says Google is suppressing get-out-the-vote [GOTV] and fundraising emails by sending millions of GOP election emails to users’ Gmail spam folders, with party leadership threatening to explore legal options to ‘put an end’ to what they call a ‘clear pattern of bias.’” Google, biased against conservatives? POLLING: Americans Give No-Confidence Vote to Rigged Two-Party System

(Daily Bell) The 2022 Congressional midterms are around the corner. Based on historical precedent and the state of the union, they should be a slam-dunk for the GOP.
Runaway inflation, brazen warmongering, ongoing COVID hysteria, record-setting crime spikes, and unchecked illegal immigration of the past two years has all been overseen and endorsed by the Democrats who control Congress and the presidency. Texas GOP to Biden: ‘Come and take it’ on assault weapons ban pledge

(The Center Square) The Republican Party of Texas has a message for President Joe Biden in response to his pledge to ban so-called assault weapons in the U.S.: “Come and take it.”
The phrase is known to Texans as the rallying cry that sparked the Texas Revolution on Oct. 2, 1835, in Gonzalez, Texas. The Mexican Army attempted to take a small cannon that was largely ineffective but used as a scare tactic to thwart Comanche raids and Texans weren’t giving it up without a fight. Their fight ultimately ended in an 18-minute battle in San Jacinto on April 21, 1836.
