Minnesota Counties Sued Over Duplicate Voter Registrations

(Epoch Times) An election integrity group is filing a new legal complaint each day this week regarding a different Minnesota county for officials’ failure to remove duplicate voter registrations from county voter rolls.
“Federal law requires that duplicate registrations are eliminated from the voter roll,” said J. Christian Adams, president of the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF). Adams is a former civil rights attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice.
“It is troubling that we are seeing duplicate registrants remain on the voter roll in Minnesota counties. Each duplicate registration allows for a person to vote more than once. Removing these duplicate registrations will make Minnesota’s elections more secure.”
PILF describes itself as “the nation’s only public interest law firm dedicated wholly to election integrity.”…Read the rest

Texas sheriff won’t investigate voter fraud allegations against Democrat candidate leveled in police bodycam video

(The Blaze) A Texas sheriff won’t investigate voter fraud allegations against a Democrat candidate for county judge that were leveled during a bodycam conversation between a Fort Worth police officer and a homeless man who had been arrested for voter fraud.
What are the details?
The Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office said because Democrat candidate Deborah Peoples is at the center of the allegations, and Sheriff Bill Waybourn already endorsed her Republican opponent Tim O’Hare — as well as other GOP candidates — Waybourn said it would be “inappropriate” for the sheriff’s office to investigate the matter, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported, citing a Monday evening press release.
Instead the sheriff’s office will pass the information to the state attorney general’s office, the Star-Telegram said, adding that representatives for Waybourn didn’t immediately respond to the paper’s request for comment…Read the rest

(Texian Partisan) On November 8, the U.S. will hold its midterm elections, while Texas voters will head to the polls to elect state and local officials. For many Texans, even with the passage of new voting legislation/Senate Bill 1 (SB1) in 2021, election integrity remains a point of concern.
In just over one month, voters in Texas will cast their ballots for seven statewide positions: governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general, land commissioner, agriculture commissioner, comptroller and a Railroad Commission seat. Additionally, Texans are slated to elect officials for district-based congressional and legislative offices, the State Board of Education, and judicial seats.
Election Integrity is a Non-Partisan Issue in Texas
The issue of election integrity is not a partisan one. As part of its 2022 platform, the Republican Party of Texas (see Fair Elections Procedures) states the group’s support for “The constitutional authority of state legislatures to regulate voting.” Additionally, the 2022 platform of the Texas Democratic Party… Read the rest

Fake News Media Lays Groundwork for U.S. Senate Vote Steal in Midterm Elections

(Big League Politics) The fake news is laying the groundwork for another vote steal in the U.S. senate elections in the upcoming midterms in November.
A Politico article titled, “Why we may not know who won the Senate on Election Day,” explains how “issues with state law that caused the 2020 election results to drag out for days are still in play in key 2022 states.”
“Then-President Donald Trump used the delays counting mail ballots after Election Day to sow confusion and baseless conspiracy theories about the validity of the vote count, igniting a movement to overturn the results that led to the riot at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021,” the report stated.
“Now, Trump-aligned candidates on the ballot have signaled they could mimic the former president and use any delays in 2022 to undermine confidence in the results again,” it added.
The article tried to paint election officials, some of the most corrupt government bureaucrats in the country, in a sympathetic light for being unable and/or unwilling to do their jobs in a timely and expedient manner…Read the rest

After 5 Red States Passed ‘Voter Suppression’ Bills, Voting Turnout Boomed

(Daily Signal) left-leaning New York think tank sounded a familiar warning about Arizona’s “voter suppression bills” being “dangerously close to becoming law.”
The Brennan Center for Justice added in a press release that Arizona was “taking center stage in the relentless effort to rein in voter participation in the name of ‘election security.’” Pending bills, the think tank claimed, were “aimed at making voting by mail harder.”
That was in April 2021, before Arizona passed several reform measures that state legislators said they crafted to ensure secure and honest elections.
Little more than a year later, in August 2022, Arizona notched a record for high turnout in a primary election as 1.45 million voters participated, or 35.1% of those registered, surpassing the previous record in a 2000 primary by 7,000 ballots.
Voter turnout in Arizona for 2018, the last primary in a non-presidential election year, was 1.2 million voters, or 33.4%.
In 2021, Democrats and pundits attacked election reform laws enacted in 19 states as attempts at “voter suppression.” The five states that…Read the rest

Fascism is as fascist does

(Don Polson, Red Bluff Daily News) Original title: “Rope-a-dope works.” The “2000 Mules” documentary supports the assertion of widespread, but localized (to urban/Democrat areas in swing states) vote fraud. I mentioned it anticipating a challenge; it provides such overwhelming evidence of coordinated “vote trafficking” operations in swing states, as to refute doubters.
Saying that “2000 Mules” has been “debunked” is like the line in “Princess Bride”: “You keep using that word; I don’t think it means what you think it means.” In that movie, Vizzini repeatedly says that it’s “inconceivable” that something that just happened, happened. Leftists quote progressive thought-leaders or left-leaning news/opinion sources—with questionable reasoning and partial- or half-truths—to provide “talking points” to “push back” against conservatives. It’s how they roll.
“Debunkers” of “2000 Mules” use the fallacious assertion that cell phones don’t provide accurate enough geo-location data to prove that a “vote-trafficking mule” went to multiple voting “drop boxes” to deposit a bunch of ballots of unknown or questionable authenticity. They might have been driving, or walking, by drop box locations.
Disproving that narrative: Cell phone location technology is used—by the FBI and other law enforcement, even in civil lawsuits—to prove that a defendant was in fact at a location they denied being. Or to prove that a suspect was nowhere near the crime scene at the time. Some prosecutions of Jan. 6 defendants used it to place them in the Capitol when the riots occurred (or didn’t)…Read the rest

Don’t Trust DC on Election Integrity
Swamp creatures have raised millions of dollars to fight election fraud, and done nothing useful with the money.

(American Conservative) As inflation continues to soar and the economy continues to fall, Beltway elitists continue to dismiss what was one of the most obvious examples of voter fraud in the history of the United States: the 2020 Presidential Election.
Voter fraud has been with us for millennia, but the 2020 election was especially alarming. In 2020, a number of swing states changed the election rules and procedures, which compromised the security protections of the process. Several states sent out millions of ballots in the mail, causing confusion and obfuscating the tracking and authentication of those ballots. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg famously infused hundreds of millions of dollars deemed “Zuckerbucks” into local elections. This created unreliable and troubling outcomes in the election and caused distortions of the rules in swing-state big cities such as Phoenix, Atlanta, Philadelphia, and Milwaukee.
President Donald Trump rightly focused on the problem of election integrity long before the 2020 election; it was a subject that had motivated him for years. In May 2017,…Read the rest
