Legal experts point to statute 16-602, a non-technical statute that demands immediate action when election laws are violated. This includes setting aside the entire election, rendering it NULL & VOID—a DO OVER is imperative, as confirmed by Miller v. Picacho in the AZ Supreme Court back in 1994.
